
Yeast Raised
Our Donuts were developed over three months of experimentation. It nearly broke us (Mike to be specific but we like to show a unified front) but we got through it. Our Donuts are yeast-raised, light, airy and fluffy. All our fillings and toppings are generous and carefully flavoured and tested to make sure we're covering all the important aspects of a balanced, delicious donut - texture, flavour and sweetness. We also know they need to look the part too and a lot of time is gone into making this happen. Pudge Balls
Donut City's own invention, a first of it's kind mutliverse wide. Not being happy with only serving the traditional cake donut (see below) we wanted a way to bring and use our delicious fillings to the events we do. For this we invented the Pudge. A fried cake donut ball that we fill with a variety of flavours. Extremely more-ish and some would say dangerous.
Cake Donuts
Our Cake Donuts are what we fry up at local events. They're your classic donut that you've seen at fairs and markets over the years. The only difference is our donut mix is organic and also mixed by a samurai with his sword (extremely inefficient but cool).
The Scrumper
Apple Cider (unfiltered apple juice in America) doughnuts are synonymous with autumn, particularly in New England, US. Being based in Somerset we couldn't help but make use of the abundance of apple orchards around us to create our own version we call The Scrumper. We also serve Scrump 'n' Dunks - Apple Cider Donut balls served with maple butter & apple butter dips.
